We had the Dorset County Show the first weekend of September, and no one could have predicted the results! On day 1 we took 1st in 5 out of 6 Dorset Down classes and went on the win the Dorset Down Championship with our shearling ewe. We then took Overall Interbreed Champion Group of 3 with some lambs, finally beating the Charollais! On day 2 we took 1st in the Non-Commercial Group of 4, pair of ewes and mixed pairs, then Reserve Champion Interbreed Group of 4 with some shearlings and Reserve Champion Non-Commercial Pair with some 4 tooth ewes. We also took 1st prize for our hay for the 3rd time in 5 years!
